We launched with a sellout show at The Rechabite and showed Perth exactly what we’re made of—massive crowd, killer rock bands, and a few jaw-dropping surprises that sent adrenaline through the roof.
Sprinter, Ra Ra Viper, and The Southern River Band — all the bands crushed it, and the crowd was pumped! Throwing in a little bit of magic, Cheralyn Simpson, Perth’s electric violin goddess, emerged from the shadows above, shredding a rock medley that had everyone awe-struck. And when, mid-gig, aerialist Sarah Green flew in off the top balcony, the crowd lost their damn minds!
That’s the magic and madness of Renegade Events. We’re not just another gig. We’re the ones where you look around mid-set and say, “What the hell is happening—and how do I get more of it?”

Meet renegade events' Creative Director (aka Conductor of Mayhem)
If there’s one thing Hannah Moltoni knows how to do, it’s ignite a damn good time. She’s the firestarter, the troublemaker (the good kind), and the relentless force behind Renegade Events. A walking, talking, champagne-swilling manifesto for live music that punches you in the soul.
Growing up music was a part of the fabric of everyday life. Her old man was a drummer who he shared an ever present soundtrack of the rock n roll greats and music wasn’t just heard—it was felt.
Since then she’s been in the trenches of music history, working production for Big Day Out, touring alongside Neil Young, Rage Against the Machine, The Prodigy, and rubbing elbows with rock royalty. She’s seen it all — the sweat, the chaos, the electricity of a crowd losing its collective mind. And she’s here to bring that raw, unapologetic energy back to Perth.
For Hannah, it’s never just a gig—it’s an experience. A visceral, full-body experience that stays with you forever. That’s why she fights tooth and nail for Perth’s local scene, giving bands the platform to tear it up and remind people why live music still matters. There’s nothing like great, live music.
